WINTER TRAINING FAQ

What is the cost for Winter Training?

Winter Training fees will be $90.

When is registration?

Registration for Winter Training will begin the first week of November through the first week of December, depending on available space.

How long does Winter Training last?

Winter Training begins the first week of December through the first week of February. We take the holiday break off.

What is Winter Training?

Winter Training is roughly 8-10 indoor practice sessions put on the Everett Little League coaches.

What do the players learn?

The Winter Training program will focus on hitting, fielding, & pitching.


What time are the practices?

A schedule will be announced at a later date. Last season, they were on Saturdays afternoons.

Who can attend Winter Training?

In the past there has been three different sessions ages 5-8 baseball and softball combined, ages 9-16 baseball, and ages 9-16 softball. Please note that you MUST be eligible to play in Everett Little League in order to participate in the Winter Training Program.

What will the players be wearing for uniforms?

There is no uniforms. All players need to wear athletic clothing and sneakers. 

What do I need to bring?

Glove, helmet, bat, water.

My child is playing different positions than what he/she has been played before. Why is that?

Fall Ball is instructional in nature and we look to expose our players to a range of positions throughout the season. This variety will provide an opportunity for all players to get experience at a multitude of positions as they develop their game.

Is coaching help needed?

Yes! While the Everett Little League coaches will be leading the Winter Training, we can always use other parents to assist throughout the winter. Please direct any issues or questions regarding volunteering to the Information Officer
