Farm Baseball is a hybrid division meant to bridge the skills gap between rookies machine/coach pitching and AAA player pitching. Coach pitch will be the source of pitching for the first three innings of each game, with both team's Managers agreeing on pitch delivery type prior to the game start. If both Team Managers are in agreement, Player pitching may begin in inning 4 of the game and remain as such through the remainder of the game. No walks are permitted with any pitching type. If a player is pitching and ball four occurs, the coach shall enter the game and pitch up to 3 additional pitches to the batter. The strike count shall carry over from player pitch. The at bat shall end on the sooner of (1) player putting the ball in play, (2) player swinging and missing at strike three, or (3) three pitches completed, and the ball is not put in play.
