All Star Player Selection Process:
Skills assessment showcases will be utilized to select each of Everett Little League's Summer All Stars teams unless the number of eligible players is equal to or less than the required roster size for each team.
1. Showcases will take place in mid May, with dates announced by April 15th.
2. The final All Star roster is at the discretion of the All Star Manager, Player Agent, President and appropriate division Vice President(s,) accordingly. All Star teams will carry a minimum of 12 and no more than 14 players at the team manager’s discretion.
Note: There are monetary costs to families associated with the All Star teams.
All Star Manager Selection Process:
1. To qualify as a manager or coach:
- For the 12u All Star team, the manager and selected coaches must be a manager or coach in the Majors division. Preference will be given to managers in the majors division and then coaches in the majors division.
- For the 11u All Star team the manager and selected coaches must be a coach or manager in the Majors or AAA division. Preference will be given to managers and then coaches in the Majors division.
- For the 10u All Star team, the manager and selected coaches must be managers or coaches from the Majors or AAA division. Preference will be given to managers and then coaches in the majors division and managers and coaches in the AAA division.
- For the Intermediates All Star team, the manager and selected coaches must be a coach or manager in the Intermediate division.
- For the Junior and Senior All Star teams the candidate manager and selected coaches must be a coach or manager in the Junior or Senior division.
2. Managers and coaches interested in managing an All-Star team must submit a letter of intent to the President by April 15th.
3. The President will appoint the managers. All appointments are subject to the approval of the League’s Executive Board of Directors.
